Lori–who grew up with an irrational "and baseless" fear that her parents would make her become a nun–has managed marketing programs for electronic games and toys, directed worldwide campaigns for entertainment software, created a website that Clairol purchased and still uses today (Try it on Studio), and provided strategic direction to some of the biggest companies in Silicon Valley and beyond. She has by now web marketing and e-commerce in her veins. A career one, more or less, might have predicted after, as a young girl, she won a "Greased Pig catching contest" and then used the winnings to buy hair care products.
